Dear CSWIM 2008 Program Committee Member,
Thank you for signing up to review papers submitted to CSWIM 2008. It is now time for the review process to begin and paper assignments have been made. Using the username and password you created when you registered to be a reviewer, you will find the papers assigned to you by going to http://cswim2008.ecom.arizona.edu/system2/openconf.php, selecting OpenConf, and signing in under Committee Members. This will display the list of papers you have been assigned to review. Clicking on the paper title will bring up the online review form and clicking on the paper symbol to the right of the paper title will bring up a copy of the paper. You may reopen and modify or amend previously submitted reviews.
Please submit your review by April 18th, 2008.
If you do not remember your username and password, features are available to let you reset them if you still remember the email address you specified when filling out the reviewer registration form.
As much as possible we tried to assign papers that we think will interest you, based on the topics of interest you selected in the signup form. We apologize in advance if you are not interested or knowledgeable about the topic areas you were assigned; if you won't be able to review a paper, please inform us IMMEDIATELY so we can reassign the paper to someone else.
REMINDER: By reviewing unpublished papers, you are accepting the ethical responsibility not to disclose their contents to anyone else.
If we assigned you your own paper or a paper for which you have a conflict of interest, let us know and we will reassign you!
Thanks again for helping make CSWIM2008 a success!
Regards,
Justin Zhan, Dongsong Zhang
CSWIM 2008 Program Co-chairs
P.S. You may wonder what information goes back to the authors. The only part that goes back to the author is what you type in the "comments for the author" box. The author will NOT know your name, email address, organization, whether you suggested the paper be accepted, rejected, etc., how much value you thought the paper has, whether you think it is the best paper, etc. However, members of the program committee will have the full set of information.
